She decides….

The first day when I was teased on my way home after school, I cried for the whole day, coming back home. I cried not because of the bad words they said to me but due to the reason that I kept silent and told nothing to them. That was the first and the last day in my life, I kept silent in such a situation. From that day to today, every time, I got teased or I saw someone being teased, I raised my voice. Whenever I saw someone giving a bad look at me, I looked into their eyes. They got compelled to look down. I never put my head down. Whenever someone tried to touch me with their dirty hands in crowd, I looked back, hold his hand and slapped. I never cared about how others are going to react. I just decide not to keep silent, I decided not to look down but to speak, to protest and to look into those animal’s eyes who look like a human.

If I can, why not you?

It’s time to change. Girls, You have to be physically, mentally and emotionally strong. Believe me, you are strong inside, honestly speaking, the strongest. You bleed every single month even then you continue your battle. Your freedom is in your hands. So, you have to speak for you.
