Presentation at 4C

I have had the privilege to present my research on Generative AI use by second language learners in the US as part of a panel presentation at the 2025 Annual Convention Conference on College Composition and Communication. Our panel, titled “Now That Generative AI is Here, Is Translingualism Dead?”.

SAIL 2025

My professor, Dr.Schreiner and I presented at the Symposium on American Indian Languages - SAIL today! Our talk, titled “Community Voices: Best Practices for Language Revitalization and Reclamation,” focused on sharing insights and recommendations grounded in our work with the community. While our community members couldn’t be with us in person, we truly felt their presence and carried their voices into the room. We deeply missed having them beside us.

ICLDC 2025 Presentation

My Professor and I had the opportunity to share our work on language attitude survey, titled as "Challenges and Insights: Surveying Language Attitudes in an Endangered Indigenous Language Community." It was a great experience discussing the effective strategies in developing and administering the Survey and also looking into the complexities of conducting language attitude surveys in a community where language is deeply tied to identity and culture.
